toothsi | skinnsi is now makeO 12+

I have started my toothsi journey in December 2021 as soon as I get my impression kit everything happened quickly the team started calling me and assisting me about everything till the day I made my first payment. After the payment everything stopped for the bit even doctor who took my first online session wouldn’t responding me back however in the month of January 2022 Mr. Kamlesh called me and said he was my smile buddy and he would going to assist me for my further procedure but till that time I almost made my mind to apply for refund because I was no longer interested to take their services but somewhere he convinced me ( want to specially mentioned that Mr. Kamlesh helped me a lot till date and really a great asset for toothsi) and see yesterday I had my clinical visit and finally I’m wearing my aligners. Now I’m hoping the results of these aligners would be positive. Hope to write much more good once this process is complete.

Extremely extremely disappointed with Toothsi. They’re quick to take your money but very lethargic and unresponsive when it comes to providing the services they promised. I bought the fast track plan and still the Toothsi box was delivered very very late. Even slower than the normal plan. After the box was delivered, they did not make contact with me to guide me further. I had to connect with them myself to know what had to be done with it. For that also, I called them a lot of times but there was no quick response. The same story has been continuing ever since.
Their app is even worse. It doesn’t work. I had to stop my treatment for 10 days in between due to some dental issues and since then the app doesn’t work. It didn’t stop the timer and it’s way ahead of my actual pace. I tried to upload my progress pictures but the app is so slow, I left it that way for almost 2 hours but still couldn’t upload the pictures. I’m more than halfway through my aligners and not a single doctor has checked on my progress. I can’t keep calling them to tell their job, Toothsi should take the responsibility itself. It’s very hard for me to keep trying to explain them the position. I have other things to do as well.
It’s only good marketing and smart salesmen with them. That’s it. Do not waste your money on Toothsi.

I booked my first scan in Dec 2021, I put query and got immediate response from toothsi team. My journey has many ups and downs, a moment came where I almost gave up. I almost consumed my patience, but then I got assigned my smile buddy Mr. Kamlesh Mishra. He is a genuine person, he helped me at every stage. He deserved a good appreciation from his lead because only with his help Toothsi got to happened in my life. He solved my problems, and also build a trust level. He build a trust level for Toothsi team and process.

People like Mr. Kamlesh are the example that toothsi can do better in customer experience. I would like to thank him truly, to handle remote location problems & being always available when I needed.

I started wearing my aligners from yesterday, let’s see how this journey goes. I hope I will get my desired smile. I will post my final feedback here in 10 months.
